I’m still on a high after attending the Dare To Choose You Retreat at Conti House last weekend.
This is the best act of self-love I’ve allowed myself to indulge in for many years. I entered the retreat alone, over-burdened, traumatised and exhausted. I left feeling rested, so much lighter in body & soul, with new friends and a renewed sense of purpose.
This magical retreat facilitated by the beautiful Marie & Annie has transformed me in ways that many years of engaging with other therapeutic interventions has not.
The accommodation was delightful, the food was delicious and I enjoyed every one of the planned activities immensely. If you are feeling a bit lost and want to rediscover yourself and your goddess within in a fun and meaningful way, do yourself a favour and sign yourself up for one of these retreats!
It was such amazing value for money and you’ll be thanking yourself for finally making yourself a priority in a world that continually conditions us to place our needs last.

I attended the first Dare to Choose retreat at Conti House last weekend, and I have to say I have not laughed so hard in years.....
I came with a friend I also work with- we work in public health, so to say the last couple of years has been difficult would be a huge understatement. This retreat was the absolute perfect getaway.
Both Marie and Annie were the perfect hosts- you could tell immediately they were the real deal, this retreat is coming from their hearts and is shows.
The other girls attending the retreat were fun to be with and were willing to participate fully in all of the activities which was wonderful to see.
The activities were fun and engaging and the food was incredible. For myself, I went into the retreat incredibly stressed and demotivated with little direction- I feel this has shifted as I can see the change in my everyday interactions.
I have my vision board right where I can see it every day. I am also completing my goal and assessment tool- I am determined to change my life for the better one step at a time. I have to say I wouldn't have done this without Marie and Annie, and for that, I say thankyou.
